Claims Policy
In order to serve you better, we ask that you call us immediately if you have any problems with your shipment. Your phone call is important for us to identify and resolve any problems.

We guarantee viable plants upon arrival. Please call our office if you see damage to boxes upon arrival or shipping damage to plants. Note the damage with your delivery driver or refuse shipment if the damage is severe. We will place any claims with shipping vendors and make arrangements to credit or replace lost plants.

If material is in poor condition, please call our office immediately to discuss your concerns with us. An initial phone call to report problems will facilitate any future claim if needed.
